ARM FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF BRIDGES-FORMING IN HOPPER AND SILOS

This discharge aid effected the simple flows off from try bulk materials which are inclined to be bridge-forming.
The principle consists of exciting an „arm „ rising up into the product inside without that the outer jacket comes into vibration.
The vibration motor is fixed to an „arm“ which approximately 1m into the silo projects.
The arm is bent thereby around 90° to the engine. At the end of the vibration-arm, the oscillation produce the largest deflection of the arm. The in such a way produced whip effect causes collapses the bridges. The sealing at the container is ensured by means of a diaphragm made from polyurethen.
